Before You Reach Out

How quickly will you respond to my message? +
We aim to respond to all enquiries within a few hours during studio hours (Monday–Friday 10:00–21:00, Saturday 11:00–20:00, Sunday 12:00–18:00). For urgent requests, WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.
Is my enquiry kept completely confidential? +
Yes, entirely. All communication and personal details are handled with complete discretion. Your information is never shared with any third parties. We understand that privacy matters, and it is something we take very seriously.
I'm not sure which ritual to choose — can you advise? +
Absolutely. Simply select "Not sure yet — help me choose" in the form and tell us a little about what you're looking for. Our team will guide you toward the ritual that best suits your needs, with no pressure and no obligation.
Can I book same-day? +
Same-day bookings are sometimes available depending on the schedule. The best way to check is via WhatsApp, where we can confirm availability quickly. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance where possible to secure your preferred time.
What is your cancellation policy? +
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. We understand life happens — if you need to adjust your booking, simply reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
